Why I am starting a blog...

I live at least 20 hours away from the majority of my closest friends and family, and I want them to be part of our lives as much as possible. I'm not a phone person. Facebook is too public. Texting is too limited. Writing letters is too mundane....So here I am! I'm going to do my best to keep this updated with current events that are happening in our lives, lessons and testimonies of the work of the Lord in our hearts, and just small-every day updates that only grandparents can appreciate : ).
